We are proud to announce that Arlisha Williams, our Residential Program Director, recently graduated from the Leadership Grady program. This initiative, now in its second year, brings together community leaders in Grady County to develop their leadership and management skills.
Arlisha shares her experience with Leadership Grady and how it enhanced her ability to lead and connect with our staff and the community. The program provided her with new perspectives and tools to build on the impact she makes for our children and our team.
